The watch had to be disassembled by the jeweler to shorten the length of the strap. It really doesn't bother me because I personally have small wrists. The watch worked fine for two months and then this happened. The weird thing is I barely touched the clasp holding the twist so it just happened by itself. Unfortunately I have to say that I cannot recommend this product.
