I needed a very large chopping board for bread making, can't afford wood or marble as they are overpriced and most chopping boards have a juice groove which I didn't want, this one is HUGE, flat and does a great job with my flour mush when making bread, it's really easy to peel off, just do NOT use a knife for this as it will scratch it (the seller also mentions this), I'm so glad I bought it, it really is just what i need, if you are looking for an oversized, flat but sturdy board, go for this

We have a very small kitchen with limited space. When we prepare large meals, we need to clean all the equipment around. This cutting board is perfect for our stove. I haven't used it for slicing yet, but I have used it for Thanksgiving baking. A little flour on top and it worked great. The dough didn't stick to it. The best part is that I could just flush it down the sink. The extra large fits snugly on a 30 inch plate and everyone loved the braided Danish bread I made on it.

I make sheaths and buy leather in big rolls. I tried using a piece of plywood as the cutting surface, but over time it became so scratched that it became unusable. This board is the perfect solution. It has a large surface area that I can easily place rolls of skin on and is thick which makes it very durable. I use a cutting tool with a razor edge that cuts the skin easily but leaves only a shallow, faint cut on the board. I expect this board to last a few years and I'm very glad I bought it.

I didn't realize how big this cutting board was until it arrived. I ordered the largest size I could find because I got bored with small cutting boards. I like this one because it's big and I can put a whole meal on it. This material is easy to clean, but difficult to clean due to its size, which makes it unsuitable for most household sinks.
