Complete Tractor 1109 9420 Holland Tractor 310030 Review

I bought this to replace a factory original that was knocked over and run over by my helicopter. It fits my old Ford 8N perfectly.

A "Genuine" part must have the word "Front" on the top of the cover. The word "front" is missing on this cap. For recovery purposes, this word is mandatory, otherwise the coverage is fine.

Not exactly like the original, stem is slightly smaller but careful use of the exhaust pipe expander cures this. Apart from that it is a very functional and high quality part which is probably the best for such an old car.

Supplied with screw and wing nut, attachment point no longer attached. I had to re-solder the piece of metal where the spot weld had come loose. The size of the pipe where it enters the engine block will need to be increased to ensure it is a secure fit, but this can be done without too much hassle. It replaces the original gas cap and is a good copy but does not offer good quality control during production.
