I use them for work hoping to relieve some very annoying neuropathy. very difficult to put on or something like that but they still offer decent compression. I am a long distance runner, 5'11", weight 175 lbs, shoe size US10.5. Received my socks today and ran 5.5 miles fast. This is a thin sock, which goes well with my current shoes which are snug fitting. I have never had a problem with blisters or hot spots and felt none today. I use regular athletic socks.
