The product I received was nothing like the one pictured

The product I received was nothing like the one shown here. Instead of a layer of blue gel and a layer of white foam, I have two off-white layers that feel identical (like they're both foam). It offers very little cushioning. I've been trying for a few days and I feel like it doesn't add any value. Also, the bag described in the description was a zippered bag that covered the topper. The cover that actually came with the product was like a large sheet that could be placed on top of the topperโ€ฆ

Not what was advertised (image/text). Should not have ignored other 1 star reviews.

Does not contain gel impregnated foam, just different density foams glued together. Scientifically formulated, it doesn't contain an ounce of gel. The plastic bag it came in wasn't even sealed, there was no logo or company name on it, as far as I know it's just cheap C foam. Please show me ONE company that won't be proud to have anything printed on it . And: The cover stinks terribly, the foam smells only a little. I won't even unpack it. Go straight back. Avoid Continental Sleep by clearlyโ€ฆ

Spin/sleep save! suitable for mattresses

My husband and I bought this mattress pad for our super firm mattress and we are very happy with it! We wanted to avoid the expense of a brand new mattress as the one we have is still in great shape, just too firm. We used to wake up with back pain but this topper saved us! Just enough to make our stay more comfortable and we wake up more rested (which is saying a lot, especially for a 7 month old!) for a mattress topper that still fits with that, so I decided to use it as for easier removal Iโ€ฆ

Take the bait and switch to me

I bought a size large and as another reviewer said, it doesn't look like the product they sell in the picture. It looks cheap and can't be the one that costs $139. This one looks more like a cheap topper at $50-$70. Another reason I think they lure us in and switch us to this product is that I was VERY important that the topper included a zip top lid and not a matching lid. I have an adjustable bed and fitted sheets do NOT stay. I asked this question before I bought it. Three people repliedโ€ฆ

Pretty cool; has a chemical smell

I bought this mattress topper to put on top of my old mattress which was starting to sag a little in the middle. I sleep on my side and the side I normally sleep on started to hurt. I don't sleep very well to begin with. While I didn't expect it to solve all my sleep problems, I hoped it would help me get a more comfortable night's sleep. The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the packaging was that it actually smelled like chemicals. You can smell it even through the provided coverโ€ฆ

Wrong product? fits mattresses

I received mine today and it definitely has no blue foam. It has two types of foam, one is white and less dense, and the other is yellow and more dense. I assume this is the wrong product. It also says "Made in America by Jeffco Fibers Inc." Seems comfortable but not that different from other cheap 2 inch foams I've had that are showing wear. Reading the reviews some people bought one with blue foam so I suspect it was the wrong one and I'm really afraid to return it in the box. He is nowโ€ฆ
