Does the job of installing an amplifier

Fine. What else can be said about terminals? They're not Autozone trash. They maintain the amount of current required to insert the wire.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Useless features

I bought these 5/16's and also some with 3/8" hole connectors, I used 3/8" on the battery terminals and they fit pretty much everything else, starter motor, the new one Fuse I added, the alternator (with a small file), I stuffed some solder into the fittings, wrapped the wire with some more solder, put on heat shrink tubing, pushed the 2ga wire into the fitting up to the sheet metal. Then I used my hydraulic pliers (which I loved) and crimped the connectors, then I also used a small butane gas…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not all will fit

Like 5/16 -VS- 3/8 For fixed battery screw connection

Because Revane's photo is crystal clear, so; I didn't like the 3/8th hole along with the lack of copper around the hole. I chose 5/16 because of the tight fit of the battery screw, which I really liked. However, I had to drill 5/16 by 1mm. more for a fit I don't need.

Pros
  • Car electronics
Cons
  • Slightly cracked

Real copper, works well

Nothing to say. They are made from real copper and are thick enough to provide a quality hammer crimp even on thick 7-wire wires. Good connection and not corroding at all even months later. Was able to drill one out to accept a 3/8" eyelet without the drill bit grabbing it and turning it into a pretzel, which is saying something too.

Pros
  • Car audio and video system
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

I also bought these 5/16s, some with 3/8" hole terminals, I've used 3/8" on the battery terminals and they fit just about everything else, starter motor, new fuse link, the me added the generator (with files), I poured solder in the fittings, wrapped the wire with another solder, put on some heat shrink tubing, pushed the 2 ga wire into the fitting all the way, I then used my hydraulic crimping tool (which I really liked) and crimped connectors, then I also used a small butane torch and melted…

Pros
  • Power Wire Clamps
Cons
  • Long Lead Time
