Tried multiple mounts. It offers enough space for the Wahoo Element and the GoPro 5. Only gripe is that removing the camera requires a screwdriver as the supplied screw has to be used, not the thumbscrew. The mount is solid and looks/feels high quality.

Worked great for about 10 months and then on a quick descent the mount came loose and sent my Wahoo Element and Niterider flashlight flying. The $50 lamp was in excellent condition but the expensive element was damaged. I strongly recommend that you attach a tether to your device and DO NOT attach it to the mount.

There is no rubber backing included so I'd recommend putting several layers of tape wherever you go. will install. Also, as you begin to tighten the screw, I would recommend that you squeeze and hold the two parts of the fastener together and use your other hand to tighten the screw. It seemed that as I let the bolt pull the parts together, there was a wild torque spread that honestly felt like the bolt might break. I would like the camera mount to slide down and/or forward about an inch. Better still, the adapter that did it. When installing the Cycliq Fly-12, the ports are too close to the charging cable rails and the buttons are difficult to access. To connect the charging cable without removing the Cycliq Fly-12, loosen the fixing screw and tilt the device up. Brake cables and assemblies can (will) make a difference. On the other hand, it helps solve my weight balancing issue.

The Wahoo Element bolt mount is great though. I'm not sure if it's defective, but as soon as I screwed my GoPro into place with the screw that came with it, my GoPro started shaking all over. Not sure what I'm missing, I only received one bracket and one screw so maybe an end cap should have been provided? I've even tried a standard GoPro thumbscrew, it literally just wiggles back and forth and there's no way you can shoot with it. upset
