💡 Enhanced CTA MR-ENEL9 Compact Battery Charger Kit for Nikon EN-EL9 Battery Review

The 4 charger kits I ordered arrived in my mailbox in an envelope. One was broken (one of the clips holding the battery) so I didn't even open the package. The second did not charge the battery, it was always green and the battery remained uncharged even after 12 hours of charging. So instead of wasting time chasing RMAs by sending them back and waiting another 2 weeks, I threw them both in the trash. The other two work, but I have to be very careful not to break the clips.

The item I received is not exactly as pictured (hence 4 stars not 5 stars). Similar, but the one I received has little plastic pins that stick out to hold the battery in place for charging. That's not a problem per se, but I've seen them break if you're not careful. I don't want to put this thing in my camera bag for fear it won't be adequately protected from needles.
