Looks good with camera flash but doesn't reflect the light very well outside of this particular scenario. A day after I stuck them on the strips started falling off, I washed the discs and wiped the flat surface where the tape goes with alcohol wipes, they were still falling off.

They also look very good during the day. However, I am concerned about the durability of the tape, with no conclusive evidence, but in a couple of places I was able to move the overlapping tape to match the tape already on the rim. I used kerosene to wipe the outside and then used 100% denatured alcohol to wipe again before each shot. In general I am satisfied. I can edit my review later if it gets messy quickly, but if you can't see it it still works and works great!

I didn't expect the ribbons to shine like the manufacturer's pictures, but they shine. I drive at 750 Harley-Davidson Street and it's dark on my street at night. I uploaded photos of my roommate taking photos of me with a flashlight to shine on the discs. In the stronger beam of a car headlight, however, the rims become even brighter than in my photos. This product is as advertised, 100% I even have rim tape left over to put some strips on my helmet. Taylor 33. This could save my life!

I needed to put new tires on so while I was taking my rims off I figured it was time to add them. Easy enough to install. Nothing but a can of class cleaner, a rag and a little patience for accuracy and voila! So I bought this along with Coffman Shorty and Philips Extreme Vision to be more audible/visible for people. Yesterday I started gluing and as I read that it is recommended to use latex gloves I started peeling the sticker off the sheet with gloves and a BIG MISTAKE. the latex glove sticks VERY to the sticker! I've seen so many examples of reflective tape not being bright enough for night driving. Another problem is that many reflective tapes begin to fail after the wheels have been worn down and washed (washed properly because it makes a difference to their durability). I was looking forward to putting this on my bike to show off the orange paint job. The tape reflects the light well and looks like a high quality material. It is clearly visible even in low light. The glue seems strong, just take your time applying it. Also, there were a few extra segments on the sheet in case you make a mistake or two, which is nice.
