Perfect for beginners like me

I haven't bought a new knife in years and after struggling to remove a few notches from my collection I decided it was time to make a purchase. While I cook, I keep things pretty simple in the kitchen. For the most part, I've just used a visibly cracked santoku knife for all cutting needs. This knife came quicker than expected. I've been using the knife for two weeks. It was impressively sharp when I first opened the box. I didn't use paper to test the sharpness of the blade, but used a paper…

Too bad I didn't drop it.

I liked this knife; It had a nice feel and balance and was very light and comfortable for the short time I was able to use it. However, after using it last night, I dropped it when trying to put it away. I was (and am) very disappointed when I picked up the knife from our linoleum floor. . . The blade was almost destroyed. As you can see from the photos, the knife is now unusable! GAPPING HOLES IN THE BLADE simply because the knife had fallen just a few feet. If your blade is SO sensitive to a…

YOUR BIG FAN NEEDS AN ANSWER

I am a big supporter of Cutluxe. I bought your 8 inch chef's knife in both the classic and professional versions when they were first offered and am directly responsible for my family and friends buying many additional knives. I recently received an email from Cutluxe about the 7 inch version. santuko and have ordered three of them, which I received this morning. Two knives as a gift. You should be aware that the words "German Steel" on the blade are misspelled "Greman Steel". I love your…

Sweet potato save your life he has a knife

This knife advert continued to appear on various social media and games. I decided I had nothing to lose by purchasing through Revain Prime. If I may say so without exaggeration, this is quite possibly my best buy of 2019. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and spend hours cooking meals for the family, there's nothing quite like a well balanced sharp tool. This knife exceeded my expectations without question. I love the weight, I love the balance, I love the handle, this knife really makes…

The best budget knife on the market.

I am currently a chef and have been using this knife for a few days. When it arrived it was very spicy. The overall design of the knife is great. It is weighted directly on the handle, as befits a chef's knife. It's fairly light for such a large knife and is comfortable to use for many hours. The German steel used in the knife is a high carbon stainless steel that is good for both edge retention and rust prevention. If your budget is around $40, this knife will cost half that amount and will…

The unique corner bead makes this knife the most convenient!

The best thing about Cutluxe knives is the excellent quality steel and my favorite feature is the unique, incredibly comfortable beveled bolster. This knife sits in the right position in your hand and won't cut your hand after an hour of cutting. This knife is one of the highest quality and most comfortable chef's knives I have ever used and I have many much more expensive knives. I've had it for about two months or more and use it several times a day and it holds its edge very well, just a few

Kitchen Beast on Cutlery & Knife Accessories

6 month update (4/4/2021): I use this knife every day and still haven't sharpened it. It still cuts through fairly easily. A tomato sometimes needs to be pierced first, so going through a sharpener or two seems close, but oh well! Six months to stay in shape? How cool is that? I hand wash them, dry them immediately and put them back in the plastic sleeve that came with them, making sure the tip is inserted into the little extra piece of plastic. If I had some sort of knife block I wouldn't…
