Wrong sheet metal set received without DVD.

I already have those (a set of charcoal cans). Sending back as I recently got what I was looking for (paint set). At a lower price. Less than $4 at Walmart for the same (no DVD). Was hoping to get one on DVD. But it doesn't, so I don't think it's worth $13.

Pencils are fine. The brush is too soft and the hair has fallen out.

I want to try watercolor pencils so I bought this set when I found it at a much cheaper price. Colored pencils OK. The brush got too soft after I finally washed all the glue off it. With glue it was too difficult to use. After washing, it is so soft and fluffy that it can only move water without absorbing most of the color. There is no way to use it as a brush. And the hair fell out.
