Multipurpose Knife Pit Master

This is my seventh Dalstrong knife and now my favorite knife, the razor sharp and forked end is a great addition for those who enjoy grilling/barbecuing and an extra bottle opener comes in handy. I highly recommend adding this knife to your collection

The fork needs to be stronger

The fork blade is weak. I can bend it with my finger. I won't try to flip the ribs with it. I would say it's insanely tough. Mine cut a 3 tip steak 2 inches thick like butter. No pressure from me. Just blowing back and forth

Great for its purpose

I really enjoy using this knife but I think people need to know what they are getting when they buy this knife. This is not an all-purpose chef's knife that you want to use for cutting vegetables, raw meat, etc. The blade is very thin and not designed for the task. It's designed to slice cooked meat off your grill and even use it as a fork if you want to use it to turn meat on the grill or transfer meat from the grill to a plate etc. It's very sharp and very good for these things .
