I literally didn't even take the dress out of the packaging before sending it back. Several stars have already fallen off the bodice. With so many great reviews, I may have only gotten one bad one, but a very disappointing one nonetheless. The return was very easy, so I am very satisfied.

By far my daughter's favorite dress. Fits perfectly, the color is gorgeous and she says it's comfortable! She will wear every day if I let her.

The stars on this dress have faded as if it has been worn and washed many times. Very disappointing as it was a birthday dress my 5 year old daughter chose for herself. I sent it back and got my money back with no problems.

My daughter is 4 years old and 4t suits her. She has worn this dress over and over again and takes great care of her clothes and shoes. She wore it to camping trips, to school, to birthdays, to the county fair, and I've washed it over and over again and it's held up very well. The material is soft and doesn't scratch at all.

later This is an adorable dress!. But if you're uncomfortable with your child wearing something unwashed, save yourself the grief and just don't buy it. The stars on the bodice will be washed off after the first wash. So the tutu skirt is still adorned with bold, bright stars, but now there are faint star prints on the bodice—enough to say there was something before. Therefore, do not wash it until the child puts it on for the first time.

Photos of this dress are not true. It's so beautiful and cute! I love that the silver tie at the waist really catches the eye (especially since I bought the matching silver sandals before the dress arrived). The top layers of the dress are a pleasantly soft tulle fabric that doesn't itch at all. The lining is made of soft, lightweight cotton. I don't have to worry about my little girl in a spiky hot costume wearing this to her upcoming wedding.
