The cable works fine, my laptop system uses a Dell 45w or higher power cord but doesn't speak enough when plugged in. So I bought this 65w Dell power cord as per the specs on the refurbished label. This is the power cord my laptop had when I brought it in for service at Best Buy, MS and it didn't have that warning but when I clicked it on and they tried to return without the power cord because they aren't usually yours leave, but they did it to me. They had my whole laptop for hours at first…

Attention, this adapter is not compatible with the computer described in the list. There seems to be more than one charger model for the laptop of the same name. I couldn't find a way to contact the seller to ask for help.

Works great, good price, great service, delivered next day!

My 4 year old Dell Inspirion fell apart. The battery needed to be replaced and the AC adapter cord that came with the computer was frayed where it entered the computer. I soldered the wires together and hobbled around for a while. Eventually I bought and installed a spare battery and also bought a spare universal adapter. The computer ran slowly, if at all. The battery never charged and I kept getting an error message like adapter not recognized etc etc popping up on the screen every few…

Hasn't worked for 5 months. The seller doesn't answer your questions either.

I have had really bad experiences with this charger. Worked fine for a few months then it started to fail. The poor quality of the adapter also caused a power surge that caused my laptop to malfunction. I had to spend a lot of money to fix my laptop. And the main problem is that the seller doesn't reply to my messages either. Really disappointed in Amazon for keeping sellers like this in its community.

Not a genuine Dell 65W charger.

Dell Laptop 5567 does not recognize it as an official Dell 65W charger. It continues to issue a warning. The battery is not charging. "Power adapter not recognized. This affects system performance. Please connect the correct Dell power adapter for best performance. Make sure the connector is fully inserted (it is) Plug in a Dell 65w adapter or higher (like I thought I bought)
