🌟 Diane Cold Wave Rods, Yellow, 3/16 inch, 12 per bag Review

Based on my experience, these rods make hairstyling easy and fun. The yellow color makes them easy to spot in my styling kit, as well. They give my hair the perfect curls every time I use them. The only downside is that they might not work as well on extremely thick hair without multiple applications.

I ordered these capsules for home perming. I received them recently and I use them and I have a nice perm like in a beauty salon, but bolder.

I only received 10 perm wands. The description clearly says 12. There was a hole in the bag through which the curling irons were inserted. It's just a principle.
