The size I ordered for the child is as per the size chart, but I received it, it is very large, does not match the size! Too bad these shoes ruined my family Now I have to buy shoes and spend double the money.

Item ordered listed (silver girls shoes with silver bow). I got silver shoes with a pink ball where the bow should have been (which didn't go with the outfit we had planned). Not at all as described/shown in the listing.

These shoes are very well made for the money and the sizing was great. She is 11-12 years old and we bought 11, they fit perfectly. If we bought 12 it would take several months for the fit to work.
