🔴 Non Slip Kitchen Rugs and Mats - Red Grey Border Striped Indoor Rubber Backed Doormat Review

I have never ordered a rug online before but this was exactly what I was looking for in terms of size and design. It has a non-slip backing, which is great because it sits on the hardwood floor next to my bed so it doesn't accidentally slip away. It arrives rolled and it can take a while to get the edges smooth, but it didn't take as long as the rug I bought from Wayfair. I am happy with this purchase.

I expect a rubber based rug to prevent water/moisture from getting onto the floor. Just not with these carpets. I bought two to keep water/moisture off the floor when people and dogs enter. My dog vomited today and I'm glad I took the carpet to clean as I found the underside and my floor wet with vomit. You can see the wet patch from this morning and it was 7 hours ago and it's still wet. They don't do what I bought them because I wasted my money.

Update: 2016 As it has a new price of $30 I want you all to know that I paid $10 which was the original 2015 price. Don't pay $30 for this rug. It costs no more than 10 dollars. It's very thin and slips as my original review said. It has bowls of water and my cats food on it so yes it's still perfect for me but only if something isn't holding it back. I am not satisfied with this carpet. At first glance I liked the design and colors but after only two days of use I noticed that due to the low pile it really shows dirt and marks from shoes and dog paws. Obviously hallway rugs are made to keep dirt off the rest of the floor, but I've had many hallway rugs in the past that had a lot less dirt than this one, despite being similar colors. Item arrived as expected and works great in our area. We recently bought a new home and wanted to match the gray color scheme without overdoing it with gray throughout the living space. This run works great on our doorstep. It cleans up well on pet accidents and dirty shoes in the winter months.
