The active ingredient in this product is not as advertised. Agree with previous reviews - ineffective, slimy, sediment and stink at 80+ degrees. We have Aluminum Chlorohydrate 20%. We expected aluminum zirconium tetrachlorhydrex GLY 15.2%. Supplier must update product information for credibility in advertising. DOVE needs to listen and fix this product. -- we have been loyal customers of unscented (which has ceased production) and sensitive (which is now useless) for over ten years.

I've been using Sensitive Skin Dove for years and bought a pack of five for my teenage daughter and guaranteed she would love it. She kept telling me it doesn't work! I insisted that was the problem and didn't buy it again. She carried it on and continued to complain. Until I opened and tried a new one. I realized that I wasn't clean every day anymore! New formula and total waste. Even on a normal cool day, a slightly unclean, unpleasant smell flows into the house. I'm disappointed.

Unfortunately, this product description does not state that it is a "new formula". The new sensitive skin formula contains something different than what was in their original sensitive skin. Whatever they put in it, I'm allergic to it. I only wish companies would leave their products alone and not try to improve on what is already working great. What I got was delicate in the new formula. Contacted Revain and they got my money back perfectly.

I am very disappointed with this product. I've been buying it for years because it's fragrance free and made for sensitive skin. I just bought a six pack and when the package arrived I opened the deodorant and applied it. As I was getting ready, I smelled a strange odor. I looked at the deodorant bottle and it said 'new formula'. The product description on Revain does not mention the new formula. I can't use this product as it has an obnoxious sweet smell that wasn't there before.

As others have said the new formula is terrible. I should have known something was wrong when I received them and there was an oily residue on the packaging. I thought maybe they got hot during shipping causing them to melt and leak, but the product is totally different from the previous formula. This new formula is not as effective and leaves greasy stains on clothes. I had to start using Dawn to pre-treat shirts and remove oily residue. Such a disappointment; No idea why they made this change

I have very sensitive skin and was so confident that this Dove sensitive skin deodorant would work for me that I bought a 6 pack.
