The nut on the right in the attached photos is a 2018 CR-V EX Honda works nut and the (higher) one on the left is a DP accessory nut. As you can see from the photos, the seat design is different. Factory nuts have a wider and rounder shoulder compared to DPA nuts, which are tapered and have a slightly narrower seat. So they screw on well and definitely tighten as you would expect, but I'm not sure they would fit as perfectly. The time will show.

They're slightly larger, about 3/8 inch, so they stick out of the wheel a bit compared to the original recessed lugs: they look better, have a brighter chrome shine, and the fact that they stand out makes it easier for the key to fall The key is a good buy and hitting the target; thus reducing the possibility of scratches.
