Holds up well but rusts on lug nuts

Like the others I replaced the old ones with these. In my case it was because the originals were too smooth around the edges and I was concerned that over time one of these would become so exposed that I would not be able to remove it. So from that perspective, they did a great job. However, after about 6 months they start to show signs of rust. There are no functional issues, but rust isn't pretty.

Better than OEM I think

Replacement for the stuff that came on my 2012 Highlander. They appear to be one piece rather than the chrome nut covers that are standard on many cars today. The original nuts can fail in two ways: they can rust internally and they can swell in the housing, making a standard 19mm wrench unfit. In my case it was the use of impact wrenches, either from the dealer or a tire shop I used to change my winter tires. Shells can deform on impact and the result is the same. The standard key no longer…

Exactly as advertised and just what I needed.

I changed tires and lost a nut at the shop. I found this nut and it seemed like a reasonable price to me so I decided to order this nut and I'm glad I did. This nut fits perfectly, this nut is a bit more shiny than the other nuts, but that's probably because all the other nuts are much older. nut again. In summary, I am very satisfied with my new nut. Later I will post a photo of my nut to show the color difference between it and the rest of my nuts.

  • Quality construction

Finally some decent nuts for my Sienna

I have a 2012 Sienna that Toyota has put the absolute worst nuts on. These were steel nuts with chromed sheet metal built in. (Toyota, shame on you.) Working with them has been a nightmare since I bought the car, mostly because they couldn't find a suitable outlet. Finally they started turning in the sockets so I decided to buy real chrome nuts. These are nice chrome steel nuts that look good quality. I'm looking forward to my next tire change to get rid of the mud Toyota made on my Sienna. I…

Be careful when buying!

These are very good quality nuts at a great price but make sure you are purchasing the correct nuts for your vehicle when purchasing. I don't mean just checking the thread size. If you have aluminum wheels, you will likely need lug nuts with built-in washers to ensure proper surface finish on the wheel when tightened. For example, if your original nut has a washer, be sure to purchase a washer-type nut, not an acorn nut. The acorn style will not properly fix the finish on an aluminum wheel, and
