These boots just arrived for my 8 year old son and I love how they fit him. The fluffy material inside keeps feet warm and comfortable. On the outside it looks strong enough to keep snow/rain out. The zipper and strap make it easy to put on. For the price I paid for them they are a great buy. I just want to warn parents about the sizes. Our 9 year old puts his feet in when he goes (we have a small hobby farm) and kicks them out when he comes back. He's outside, his feet stay warm (he often walks barefoot when he feeds his horses), which is new to him because he really doesn't like the cold! Wash with a little soap on a washcloth. We were in -9°F with 50 mph wind gusts and 2 feet of snow plus frozen mud puddles on the ground. It never came because it was cold. 9 years old and we couldn't store it inside. We bought these boots for my son during the off-season as he quickly outgrew his boots. I went for something cheaper as we were back in February and I'm pretty sure it will be a size up next winter. But as expected, you get what you pay for. These boots look cute, the rubber soles feel durable and probably repel water, and the nice fluffy inner layer looks like it could be warm.
