When I bought these shoes it said 'Free Returns' but as soon as they arrived and they were too small/tight for my daughter I tried to return them and suddenly these shoes are non-returnable! If you do decide to buy them, be sure to snap a photo of the listing page that says "Free Returns" so you can fight for a refund if they don't fit. They are cute but very narrow because they are narrow.
