These wheels would be fine. Seems to be an issue with the EZ-Lock system. The reinforcement in the middle of the EZ-lock mandrel often breaks, and when it does the wheel is done, at least as far as I can tell. Sometimes it happens pretty quickly. After trying many other titanium fly knife cutting options, these blades and the EZ locking system FINALLY offered a solution. I get perfectly accurate cuts when using it on a drill press with an XY axis bench vise. I highly recommend them. My only issue is that it takes 4 washers to go through 5 inches of 3mm titanium but hey. It's titanium so I really can't complain. UPDATE: I also recently cut 5mm titanium. I get a perfect cut on the bridges with this disc. I place the coil on a reasonably sized wooden peg and continue cutting with my Dremel and the flex shaft. The cut quality is comparable to a sawn ring and the process is much faster and easier. I used a regular cut-off wheel, but the cut was thick and didn't have the professional, polished look of a sawn blade. This thin drive solves that problem!
