Probably not the remote's fault - it looks like a decent little OEM remote as advertised. Compared to the model number on the TV, it still doesn't work. Maybe a TV receiver.

The buttons on my mother-in-law's Dynex remote started failing. The original remote was replaced with no problems. Some of the buttons were in different positions, but all worked correctly.

Just like reading reviews before buying. I put the batteries in and turned on the TV with the remote control for the first time. Praise the Lord! I have way too many remotes so I was happy to find one specifically for this TV.

I've only had it a little over a year and still have the same batteries that came with it. + I have a very rough and wild 2 year old boy who loves to throw things around and that kept him off so that should do the trick.

When I opened it up I was disappointed that it didn't come with batteries or a manual and was ready to use. The input doesn't seem to work and I have to scroll down and select a category. In addition, it is large and bulky. Photo next to my stick for comparison.

The original TV remote just doesn't work anymore. Went to Revain and installed the parts and the remote came out at a very reasonable price. I put the batteries in and it worked right away. I didn't have to do anything. I love the price, simplicity and accessibility

Bought on 08/23/19. 05/10/2020 when changing the battery for the second time since the purchase, it got dusty. One of the springs was almost rusted despite branded batteries and there was a white coating in the battery compartment. Yes, I'm a pathetic elderly woman who doesn't even know the proper terms for these things and I'm stuck on this little old TV (which I don't mind) but I feel like that remote control was worthless. Before that, the replacement remote lasted a little longer.

If you have a modern flat screen TV and use it with more than one peripheral (e.g. Roku, Blu-Ray player, PS, etc.) you know You know how important it is to have an original TV remote control. Being disabled, the outdated toggle on/off option is impractical. In fact, I found it almost impossible to use the buttons hidden halfway behind the TV. The brand name here also added to the problem because I've never gotten Dynex electronics to successfully pair with regular universal remotes. We had the…
