🌧️ Eddie Bauer Women's Rainfoil Packable Jacket: Ultimate Companion for Women on Rainy Days Review

I bought it as a birthday present for my 19 year old daughter. She always "borrowed" my Eddie Bauer windbreaker (which I've owned for 10 years). I thought she needed her own. She loves coats! Now she is looking forward to a rainy day. The color is excellent.

I was looking for a nice waterproof hooded jacket that is light but not just a windbreaker. I like how it folds up into a bag (see photo) but it lacked warmth due to the waterproof material and was a bit pricey.

Delivered on time and in good condition! This jacket is so comfortable, the lining is soft and overall the jacket feels very durable and thick! Can be worn over clothing in the cold season. I wore it once in the rain and it worked so well and was very comfortable.

My wife asked for a new waterproof jacket as a gift. The one she got was too heavy. Instead, she chose this one. It fits well and drains water well (we live in a rainy climate). The best part is there is no spray on the lining that will flake off after a few years. She will definitely buy it again.

I bought this in preparation for my trip to Ireland and am so glad I have it. Fog, rain, splashes - this raincoat protected me from it. I didn't feel overly warm, and it was easy to slip over other layers without being absurdly bulky. I ordered my normal size and found it fit. I like that it's lighter and can be used for multiple seasons. On a couple of cold days I used it as an extra layer despite the lack of rain.

When I received my jacket I noticed the zipper was broken. It doesn't stick together and comes loose from the bottom up. Ordered a replacement and the same thing happened to him. I sent both jackets back and had to contact Revain customer service as I did not receive a notification that my jackets had been received. I have yet to get my refund. It's a shame because I really like the jacket.
