I was looking for a skirt to wear over my leggings while working out. This skirt is breathable and the quality is good. I usually wear size 6 jeans and the small fits perfectly. I cut the bottom of the shorts because I won't be wearing them alone. I have ridden bikes with them several times and worked out in the gym and am very happy with them.

Fit: Be warned when I listed my daughter's measurements I was advised a size small. However, when I looked at the product chart in terms of waist measurements etc, it definitely needed a very small size, so the small size program is not entirely accurate. Be sure to measure yourself and look at the size chart. The XS suits her perfectly. She wears 00 in most pants and is about 5ft 1ft tall, if that helps.
