1 star is too much for private radios

No matter where the tuner is placed on the AM band, it only picks up the strongest local stations. The FM tuner can differ a little. This is a classic example that when something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Pros
  • Rotary tuning knob
Cons
  • Secret

The reception wasn't very good. We used them with headphones

They were fine Some didn't work. The reception wasn't very good. We used them with headphones while listening to music of a certain frequency, but the noise was very bad. Sony worked well. Some were unhappy with their purchase.

Pros
  • 3.5mm headphone jack
Cons
  • Something was wrong

You get what you pay for!

Looked like a nice little radio for use in the gym to get an FM signal. When I first used it, the earbuds came off. I couldn't get clear reception because the tuner for the stations is so close that they interfere with each other. After a week of frustrating attempts to tune in, he now doesn't even get a station. I strongly recommend not spending any money on it.

Pros
  • Power Source: Battery operated
Cons
  • Some little things
