Exactly what I need for motorcycle crankcase ventilation. .

Exactly what you need for a motorcycle crankcase ventilation. I bought two of these because the second will be used as a carburetor breather which is necessary when the mod was done on my engine. They are mounted on each side of the engine and look sharp because they are chrome plated.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • No performance

1200 Sportster good for filter

This crankcase breather is very good. The problem I'm having is that the glue used on this part isn't strong enough to hold it together. After riding my Harley I was lucky enough to find this part in the bottom of the bike's frame. Clay let go and she left. I used some Gorilla Glue to hold it together and it's holding great.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • something else

Looks great but falling apart

Got two of these for my bike last year. They're strong and fit well, but there's a small problem. After several thousand kilometers, one of the filters became detached from the base. Luckily it flew back between my leg and the bike so I used some good glue to reattach it. Little thing or so it seemed at the time. After about 6 months the other filter (factory glue) came loose and I lost it. Since I use 2 of them and want to have matching filters, I had to buy a 3rd set. I checked before…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black
