does not fit my Kenmore Progressive model 116.349221

This filter was slightly thicker than the OEM one filters . As a result, the lid did not close properly. I managed to install it in place but the clogging indicator kept glowing. After replacing the native filter, everything worked. I have since ordered an aftermarket filter from another brand (Zvac) which was also too thick but worked.

Not recommended, no carbon layer (odor removing)

This product does not have absorbent/black carbon/charcoal odor filters like Kenmore brand filters. Note that the product says it "fits" but doesn't say it matches the Kenmore product. They buy this particular vacuum cleaner because of the exceptional filtration and odor removal it offers. You do not get an extra layer of filtration/odor removal with this product.

Great overall value but seal may not be as tight as genuine Kenmore filters

I regularly buy these EnviroCare #976 pleated HEPA exhaust filters for my mother to use with her Kenmore Progressive 116 canister vacuum. The total cost of these filters is unmatched when compared to the cost of Kenmore's original Hepa filters. They look and work just like original Kenmore filters. The filters seem to fit my mom's vacuum perfectly, but I'm surprised they actually fit as tightly as the original Kenmore filters. I say this because even though my mom keeps her house meticulously…
