This is not the same "cool" material as the towel and vest, so it doesn't keep me cool. It dries too quickly and just leaves a hot extra piece of material on your head. Also, as mentioned in previous reviews, it's too small so after wearing it for a while it starts messing with your head.

Bought these to wear under a helmet in the summer heat. I moisten, squeeze out excess water and toss it up. So far it's helped me keep my cool and that's the main thing.

I like that it conforms to my head with minimal stretch. Comfortable, I wear them all day and don't notice them being worn. The color is good. It does its job of wicking moisture away from the skin. The reflective logo came off with a hand wash, leaving a black stain on the sides that won't come off.

I bought this item to wear to play golf. I have short hair and when I wear a wide-brimmed golf hat that does a good job of protecting my neck and ears from the sun, my head gets too hot. So I use a skullcap and a hat that I cut out in the middle and it's so much cooler! The skull cap is SPF 50 so it protects my bowler hat from sunburn, absorbs sweat and actually cools me down through evaporation! I just want it to come in white.
