My buddy was amazed that only a few drops landed on the.

takes some practice, but when you finally do it you'll be performing the cleanest Harleyu oil change ever. My buddy was AMAZED that just a few drops hit the garage floor while we were fixing his bike (05 Road King). I've found it really useful for primary oil changes, since I don't have a shallow drain pan I've used it on a Sportster, Fat Dinah and King of the Road. + a suggestion: the manufacturer should build in a small curvature on the narrow side, since the hose slips again and again when…

Important. RTFM: Funnel

Just finished mopping the garage floor. decided to read the attached instructions (imagine). As it turns out, I misused that thing, thinking I was just going to shove it under the filter and have fun. This is the perfect recipe to jack anything up. The instructions say to grab a nail (I thought it was included so you can flatten your mate's tire and drag your bike in front of him in your car garage). oil change) and poke a hole in the filter so it can drain through the funnel into my sump. Aha!

Overpriced, doesn't work well with some front levers on Harley, poor quality

I have JB front levers on my Harley and this 'funnel' is functionally useless for my setup despite instructions on the Revain website. say it works with the forward control. It's difficult to get the funnel in the right place with the JB front controls and even when I pinch it it still doesn't fit properly. Oil spilled all over the store no matter how I fiddled with the fit. I even trimmed the trailing edge and it's still leaking. The bottom line is that this is scrap for my Harley (see photo…

Finally; Oil pan that works!

A few years ago I bought this version from a Harley shop because they said it would work but it wouldn't even fit under an oil filter! This one fit perfectly. (Out of habit, I put a paper towel underneath). Be sure to follow the instructions or you will spill oil from the filter! The illustrations in the instructions are colorful and very clear. First, completely drain the oil from the engine and drain pan while the engine is warm. Place an Ernst drain pan under the filter and use the nail…

The funnel is awesome!

I always read reviews carefully before buying online. If I based my purchase of this funnel on all the negative reviews I read on here, I would still be looking for Harley's "Holy Grail" funnel. I bought this item anyway to try it out and as a Prime member it arrived in a day and a half. Great, I'm ready to change the oil and filter on my Road King '01. I followed the instructions provided to get started. I slipped the funnel under the filter, just behind the connector on the oil filter…
