Does a good job of what we bought it for. It's the only lithium battery system we have that doesn't have a smart charger, which is annoying when you have to remember to unplug it after charging.

My son works with air conditioners and says it's a life saver! Now he can easily unclog the clogged drain line. He doesn't have to ask the homeowner for an outlet, nor does he have to worry about an extension cord.

The cover covering the fan opening does not close well. Dust comes out when in use. I had two with the exact same problem. It seems like a screw cap wouldn't cost much more and fix the problem.

Powerful vacuum cleaner. Without the battery I would give 6 stars. I would pay $150 for the performance of a vacuum with a decent battery. The battery has literally no lifespan and using it even for very small cleanings is inconvenient. For this reason I will be sending it back.

The only downside is the battery life, but I bought an extra larger battery and it lasted twice as long. My question is why not throw away the supplied battery and replace it with a more powerful one. I bet you'll have a solid 5 star rating if that's the case.

I bought this to clean the car, the crevice tool was just what I needed for door pockets. The battery lasted throughout the car, a 2006 Foird Taurus. My biggest complaint is that the battery door doesn't swing far enough to stay open, or there are plastic plugs on the hinges that hold it open, making battery installation and removal awkward, especially since I had a stroke and not you cannot use both hands. Bought this item based on positive reviews. I'm sorry for that. It's cheaply made and has some key design flaws. The hose is flimsy and clogs when you use it for garbage collection where it connects to the real machine (because it connects at a sharp 90 degree bend).
