Good power delivery Internal components

Excellent power delivery overall. It warms a little. The fan sits at the bottom of the device and not at the top, as with other power supplies. My only complaint.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Exterior

Best budget power supply for computers and accessories

This power supply was very easy to install. I'm currently running my build with it. Very good power supply, I like it. I recommend it to all PC beginners.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Reliability

Great while it worked

This PSU has worked great on my 3080+11700k for 6 months. Then suddenly, without warning, there was a short circuit, causing the switch to click. The RMA requires me to pay for shipping even though it's just defective. I'm just glad it didn't burn my computer.

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • So far so good

EVGA makes the best power supplies. It's worth it.

I have used EVGA for PSUs on my last 3 builds and have never had a single problem. 850W is enough for a high-end gaming system. Typical load on my computer is around 600W when gaming, but it's nice to have the extra space in case I want to upgrade the GPU or add other components. I don't notice any noises or anything like that. Completely modular. Looks very nice, stylish design. I love it.

Pros
  • Computers and Accessories
Cons
  • Disappearing

Nice and quiet, good for internal power supplies

I first bought the 750 BQ to pair with the new EVGA 3080 Ti FTW3 and Ryzen 5 3600. But during gaming, the 750 BQ fan was louder than the VGA fans. So I replaced it with this 850 GT. man shut up And I also upgraded my CPU to 5800x and it's still holding up well. The only downside is that the cables are too rigid. Don't go below 850W if you plan to buy 3080 or higher GPU models (manufacturer's recommendation is 750W). My 3080 Ti draws 400 watts in normal use.

Pros
  • Internal components
Cons
  • May damage
