UPDATED - Good customer service at 4.5 stars - Camera performance unknown

UPDATE: I'm updating this review to 4.5 stars because the customer service was good. They sent me a second camera after I contacted them. Unfortunately I can't get the second camera to work even after a complete reinstallation. There's a chance it's the main unit, although it was also brand new when I installed the first camera. So I wasn't able to rate the camera myself one way or another, but this company was very quick to respond. completely different wire than in other places in the jeep…

2014 Jeep Wrangler JK Manual Transmission - My Experience

I love it, once it runs it's just great. But even after watching so many videos on YouTube, I couldn't find one that exactly matches my experience. Great camera and great picture quality. It took me a little time to get the job done because the instructions are terrible and I'm not a mechanic. Great camera for the price

Installed on a 2013 JK Wrangler with a 430N headstock. First, there are NO installation instructions! Like other reviews, it says there are some installation videos on YouTube (University). When I plugged in the camera, all I got was a black screen that said "Check your surroundings." I know the head unit was properly flashed (big hello to the makers of the JAOAN app) so it had to do something with the camera. I checked all my connections and everything was fine.
