That's great. My favorite quality of these pencils except.

You are amazing. My favorite thing about these crayons, besides how beautiful they are in rich colors, is that they are named after the true names of the pigments. So if you have painted before, you will be familiar with these colors. If you want to use mixed media, you can choose cadmium or ultramarine blue pencils and combine them with cadmium or ultramarine blue watercolor paint. Also, when mixing, you already know which colors work well to create other colors. I have a set of high quality…

Reasons to choose Faber Castell Polychromos Colored Pencils/Color Wheel

I bought a set of 120 Faber Castell Polychromos colored pencils because (1) they match the colors and have the names of traditional oil paints so I easily know which pencil I need when creating a row from preliminary sketches that I go through before starting the canvas, and (2) all my research on colored pencils has shown that these oil paints are richer and smoother than anything else on the market. Odyssey with Polychromos

My rambling (but hopefully informative!) review: I'm mostly used to crayons (namely Derwent Coloursofts and Soft-Core Prismacolors crayons that were gifted to me by family/friends over ten years ago).
