Lining torn in less than a week

Very sweet but does not keep. The lining broke on the 3rd day of school. Mind you, this was for my daughter in elementary school. She doesn't wear much and what little she has has torn through the lining. The bear's cheap chain also broke.

Came with a torn side pocket and much smaller than the advertised picture

The set looks cute but it came with a torn side pocket and the backpack itself is smaller than the advertised picture of a girl with a bag suggests. , so my fifth grader can't paste her folder. More suitable for kindergarten or 1st, 2nd grade with few books and poor quality, not worth the price. Unfortunately we are buying new.

The second one broke after the return period

This is the second backpack we received. This was a replacement for the first after the stitching on the strap came undone, as well as the stitching on the elastic and mesh on the side water bottle holder. The second arrived and she used it, but this time one of the zippers came undone and the stitching on one of the inner pockets came undone. It didn't really matter as she didn't use the bag too much and it had double zips so we only used one to pull it all the way up. However, this flash also
