Excellent quality and super sharp knife. The original holder keeps the knife sharp. I love this knife and use it all the time.

This knife has stood the test of all the months I've used it and it still has a decent sharpness. Is that a $100+ professional chef's knife? no But for home use, it works surprisingly well. The handle is durable and comfortable enough, and as long as it dries after each use, rusting isn't a problem.

I bought a pair of these knives and am very happy with them. The grip is comfortable and doesn't feel cheap. The knife is of good weight and cuts well. I like the sharpening case for its convenience and safety. The second knife ordered had a small defect and did not fit in the sheath. Revain quickly replaced it with no problems.

I like Farberware products because they are easy to use and last a long time. Here I compared the old model, which is better in terms of grip and overall control. Because they are bent at the edges, they are not as stable. Mine arrived with a small defect as you can see in the attached picture. Sometimes I hold myself up, so now I have to be careful. I really like this knife. I'm a student and I love to cook, but I didn't need a whole set of knives/didn't have the money for an expensive knife. This knife is perfect! It's very sharp and easy to cut, and the case keeps it sharp and easy to store. It's also very easy to clean, so I can clean it up and put it away quickly.
