I received these today so will update my review after some use. Before this set I had Rachel Ray Hard Porcelain Enamel (Cucina) which I paid big bucks for at the time. This set is much stronger and the bottom even provides even heat. The RR kit didn't last more than 2 years and even after 1 year I've seen that the lifetime warranty hasn't stood the test of time. I bought this set in early January. It's early May and I ALREADY replaced the kit. I used to have Fabervar pots and pans that lasted at least a year. I don't cook every day. I don't cook anything over my head. I use a regular dishwasher to wash dishes. This set has worn out after 4 months of moderate use (I say maybe cooking 2-3 times a week) to the point where I have had to THROW IT AWAY. A complete waste of money. This leads me to believe that this was a fraudulent imitation of Faberware pots

Have had this set for a few months. It's nice that it comes complete and has all the pots you need plus a bonus set of cookware. Perfect for furnishing a new apartment. However, the worst thing about the set is that even after a few months in the heat, it smells like plastic and gives the dishes a plastic taste. I have purchased Farberware products many times over the years and have never had a problem. This purchase was disappointing. I wash all my pots/pans in the dishwasher before using them and this time after washing all the large chunks of teflon came loose from the inside.
