Sits fairly low on head, quite comfortable. The only problem is that the temples of your glasses are hidden under the strap on the back, otherwise they won't stay in place. Glasses with narrow temples are therefore recommended, as they can become uncomfortable after a while. Weighs as much as any other helmet I've worn. I sent this helmet back. Firstly the color does not match the photos, this is a manufacturer's photo and it appears to be gray with a green tinge, in fact it is more grey, absolutely no green tint. As per other reviews, there is a shape defect at the top of the cap. Is it enough to loosen the cap? But I don't want to learn the hard way.
