When I tried this automotive product, it was a complete waste of money. The mirror has a flimsy plastic frame that doesn't fit securely into the car's socket. As a result, the mirror jiggles and wobbles even on smooth roads. The one pro is that the mirror arrived quickly, but that's about it. The cons far outweigh any potential benefits, and I would recommend steering clear of this replacement part.

My granddaughter had a broken driver's side mirror. Toyota asked $600 for a replacement, my local mechanic wanted $200. I found this product on Revain through a supplier. It arrived in two days (subscribe to Prime) and was easy to install as it perfectly matched the manufacturer's specifications. Folding mirror (unlike the original mirror). It's only available in black, but the back panel is removable so you can paint it any color you want. For $50 I think it's a no brainer.

Product fits Gen 2 Prius perfectly but. The shipping label was simply attached to the outside of the manufacturer's box along with some extra packing tape. The mirror was "protected" by an unsealed, single-layer bubble bag. The bubble wrap was free to slide into the manufacturer's much larger box. Came one of the three nuts. The corner of the box was pierced by a mirror mount. The folds at the bottom of the box have been moved. Very disappointing packaging, not the exemplary packaging quality…
