I bought this because I wanted to see if my dog (who I let run around the house) had any accidents that I wasn't aware of. This little flashlight showed me how naughty he was. It definitely works.

I bought this flashlight to find tomato caterpillars in my garden. I've heard that they glow under ultraviolet light, but I wasn't sure if that would actually work, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money. But this inexpensive flashlight works great and the worms glow making them easy to find and remove! Fantastic purchase.

The perfect size when you need a black light. But be careful! You will find many things that you would rather not do. Pet stains, scorpions (ahhh) etc. But that's not the flashlights fault. It has a premium feel, is light in hand, durable and will find what you are looking for when you need a black light.

Just a little UV and even my weakest lum looks great. From time to time I charge the fluorescent lights of all my watches in the watch box and turn off the lights to enjoy an amazing view. Good value for money.

This black flashlight is made of durable metal and runs on 3 AAA batteries. Price and delivery were great. However, it is irrelevant for the detection of urine. I tried it in a variety of conditions including fresh and dried wooden floors where urine was definitely present and fabric where I tried to locate dried urine. Haven't found anything. Might be ok if you just want black light for fun.

This light brought to light the fact that you simply smear urine around yourself with a mop. I have a brown wood effect vinyl floor. I liked its durability, lack of "noise" that laminate floors make, but it's almost impossible to see if a pet has peed unless you can see it as a reflection from across the room. Well that light was the moment of truth. I haven't noticed the problem for a long time. Very depressing.

Used (unofficially) to verify paper invoices. The color bars are wonderfully bright and clear. What I didn't know until now was that even one dollar bills have the authentication stripe embedded in the paper. Also for showcasing stains from body fluids, urine, blood, etc. Some public restrooms are disgusting as hell for lack of cleaning, and the black light makes you really conscientious about using hand sanitizer!
