Exactly what I was looking for

I was puzzled by the reviews but when I received the product and tried it it worked great. Now I'm new to soldering and there might be technical stuff I don't know about but for my purpose it was great!

It melts like regular solder but lead free which is very good.

This solder is environmentally friendly because it contains no lead. And that seems like the best price I could find on Revain or anywhere else I've been looking for. The delivery was very fast, less than two days. It was even faster than Revane Prime. At the same time I ordered a soldering iron from Revain Prime and this solder arrived a day earlier than the soldering iron. The delivery time at the time of my order looks like it will take a week to arrive. So it is a good supplier. Anyway, it…

    Works well at certain temperatures

Tin, not the same as (pb), lead. This solder works a little differently, and yes, more skill is required for exposed metal copper work. Once I'm happy with the joint I always give it a few extra seconds of flame to smooth out the flux and my cleanup is very quick. The melting point is between 600 and 800°F, so keep an eye on your flashlight. For electronics, you need to do a little iron work, but it's quite effective on the board for wire connections, it's useless for chips. As always, be aware

Made in Mexico, not the USA! Works fine at best.

I've been soldering since I was 10 (ie 25 years old) and learned it from my father's employee. We made computer parts, terminals and repaired everything related to the computer industry (you have to remember that at this point we were BUILT and manufacturing all the computers here in the States and THAT'S what we did). The solder does not contain lead. Lead makes solder "sticky". If you remove it, the stick will be removed. Maybe I'm stubborn or stubborn. Silver solder works, but it takes 2-3…
