I feel pretty stupid not to have bought this type of kit a few years ago. I love my Dewalt variable speed polisher. but 6-8" buffing pads are a problem in tight spots and on edges. These 3" pads complement those large pads really well and make buffing a new paint job a lot less stressful. Gaps, but I could probably trim that myself.

Absolutely amazing. I don't know how I did the work with my hands without them. They are extremely versatile and I plan on getting more. I used them to restore my car's headlights which were so cloudy you couldn't even see what was inside and now they look brand new. Love the variety of pads I got for the money. I understand that they are not as strong as branded ones but the important thing is to keep them clean before each use and not to apply too much pressure. I use them on my DA 7424xp and get great results on paint and headlights. The drill adapter in this kit is mediocre. You have to be very careful when using it on a drill press as the adapter is wider than the pads so you can easily scratch the surface you are working with if that makes sense…

Not bad for $11! I bought this kit and some #7 polish to remove some scuffing and a bit of paint bleed from my Kia's right rear fender (my wife slipped in) and her car's rear bumper. The drill bit is pretty solid, very decent quality, the velcro holds up great and although it came with a set of 7 foam pads I only used one of the foam pads to clean up scratches and transfer paint from both machines and then a wool buffer to shine and clean. Worked like a champ, both cars look 100% better!

I also bought these to polish headlights and small areas on the car. They work well on headlights with Mequiars cleaner. Cleans them clearly. They also work well in tight spaces and car corners where 6 1/2 pads can't get. I have used 3 of these pads 3 times and they clean well with water and rubbing with your hand or a soft toothbrush and water. They hold up well with no signs of wear after 3 uses.
