Based on my experience with this automotive replacement part, I am happy to say that it works perfectly fine. Easy to install and works great. However, he died only after 4 months. I'm not sure if this means my fan is dying and blowing the resistors, or if that resistor just gave up. This time, just in case, order another brand.

Shipping was fast, price was great, unit performs as expected and looks like it could last longer than the original device. The device is a generic part and requires physical modification to fit my application, so I've only given it a 4 instead of a 5.
