The ATV ran before installing these parts. Not after installing these parts. Put the original parts back in and the quad worked again.

Perfect fit for my 91 Trail Boss The 250cc 4x4 engine runs much smoother and the carburetor no longer lets gas through the bypass valve. I liked that there was a sticker included. I put it on the side of the tool box.

It took me three months to have the courage to do this. The carb slowly leaked gas if I left the cord plugged in overnight. Now it works great. Runs a lot better too! Although I thought it worked fine!

They have a 2000 Polaris Trailblazer 250, bought it after it's sat for over 6 years, started it but it wouldn't idle and went out at full throttle, overhauled the carburetor with this kit now runs great and idle! Great kit.

The kit was well packaged and easy to use, but when I got to the float bowl plug o-ring I found that it was not the original size , it should have inner diameter 19.5mm/thickness 1.5mm. The supplied O-ring has an inner diameter of 20mm and is so large that it simply does not fit into the groove of the float bowl plug.

This product is probably the best on the market! My Polaris sat for over 6 years before I decided I couldn't afford to send it in for repairs! I dared it was the carburettor that needed attention! I was right and happy to say I saved myself about 400 hundred dollars that I didn't actually have! I really hope they stock them! I also found that they fit 1986 thru 1995 Polaris 250/ES Boss Carbs! Thanks to the place where it was at hand!
