This is a great lift, I already had one that put me off the idea because it wasn't that high quality. It's really good quality and if you buy the right size it will fit great and give great support.

Clip is great. The only problem is the size. I seem to be between sizes. The first was a little smaller. I went back and got the next size up and it works but it's harder to put on because it's a bit big. If you're in the 50-inch range, the larger will work better.

The best back brace for lower back pain I bought this brace for work. After a few weeks of use, it has reduced my back and hip pain after a full day's work. This is a high quality back brace. I like the design of the adhesive surface because it is easy to put on and take off. The back brace is thick and strong, providing good support when lifting heavy boxes. By the way, good customer service to help me find the right size.

Much smaller than in the photo. It's a decent prop, but not at all effective for lifting. The orthosis fully supports the lower back and not the sacrum. It's great for walking or driving, but not at all suitable for work. The photo gives the impression of supporting the sacral area, but it doesn't go high enough over the hips to be effective in that sense. Bought this because I have severe back pain. Because of this, I couldn't move much and gained weight. I'm a bit disappointed because I made sure to measure myself according to their instructions. It's very tight. Appropriate, but hardly. The only reason I'm not returning it is because I bought it to run better and lose weight. 4 weeks ago I stretched my back while lifting and spinning my road bike while hanging it on a wall mounted bike rack. To be honest it's not a back brace, it's more like a big belt. If you have to work with braces, don't repeat, don't understand. This brace is too weak for lifting weights and you will just feel like the brace is cutting your stomach in half instead of supporting your back. It held up well at first and I don't wear it every day, but even with infrequent use it fell off. I wish it was made out of a more durable material. It looks like it needs to be replaced with infrequent wear and less than a month of use. When I first put the brace on I found it strong and supportive, but the fact that it is rolled up in the front and has a Velcro closure made it uncomfortable to wear with little to no support.
