I decided to buy them because now they are a little cheaper than when they started. Functionally this is an excellent RAM kit, no issues and they have been overclocked to DOCP with nominal timings with no issues. I haven't tried to overclock further, but this isn't a Samsung B Die either. Not sure I would buy them just for myself but the modules look nice with a high gloss finish and the RGB LEDs look great. If you like "bling", look no further.

I'm in love with this RAM. My last build also used G.Skill but for this white build the Trident Z Royal is the way to go! Easy installation, configuration via GSKILL app gives you the option to route LED control via other services. – B/C I have a NZXT LED strip in my case, I choose Razer Chroma Studio for all Corsair iCue, Razer Mouse, Corsair case fans and the NZXT LED strip to work together. Pretty expensive compared to other modules with the same frequency, speed, size and RGB. Needless to say, the Trident Z Royal are arguably the most beautiful memory modules to date. It has a nice RGB rainbow effect by default. Color and lighting effects can be adjusted using G.Skill's own RGB utility or controlled using dedicated software for supported motherboards. Please note that the G.Skill RGB utility has nice lighting effects but is quite limited in its capabilities.

If you're building a gaming PC and want all of its components to look cool and change colors with LEN Sync, these chips are worth considering. But what's even better is that they have relatively low CAS latency. So not only does it look cool, but it's also faster RAM. This is good news for memory-intensive operations like gaming and graphics.

Not sure if the seller knows about this but these RAM sticks are out of spec. I'm not blaming them for intentionally selling bad RAM, but the RAM provided to me is far inferior. Normal XMP motherboard profile (no manual overclocking) causes games to crash after hours. I've tried OC and get instant crashes for anything above the XMP frequency. Let's face it, you shop for chic. Although the performance is also excellent. I had to manually set the frequency to uefi as 3200mhz wasn't recognized immediately, but I've heard this is common on mobo systems and especially Ryzen like mine. This may or may not be correct but the fact remains and I would suggest manually checking the frequency via uefi to ensure you are getting something worth the money.
