If I couldn't find them I would have to buy a new collar. Maybe not just once. She's growing up so fast. And the training isn't over yet.

They are quite durable. looks robust, but not as thick as the ones already on the collar, doesn't matter. Works perfectly and I have a pit bull so you know they work.

As my dog got bigger I needed extenders to increase the size... Instead of buying a new one they helped increase the length. I'm struggling to connect as it's a snug fit (not the same brand) but someone with a stronger grip will have an easier time.

I needed to find two replacement tines quickly and couldn't find the quality Herm Spenger links (made in Germany) that I've been using for 25 years so I ordered them. They kinda fit and can last a long time, but these tines just feel cheap and very heavy compared to the German made links. I can't say I would recommend them for anything other than temporary "emergencies".

These tines fit the collar we have but they don't move as freely as those on the collar. They are also slightly larger than the collar we use, although the collar and links are described as a "small 2.5mm". They work for our purpose of wearing them intermittently/temporarily and only while training with our dog. They were significantly cheaper than other brands.

I got these extra links from a small spiked collar I bought from Petsmart or Petco a million years ago and can't remember the brand. The links are a slightly different shape than my collar so I was not able to adjust them myself but my husband bent the links a bit to match my collar links. . Now it works and you will never feel the difference! Now I can tie and untie them freely.
