Bought it for my 10 year old son for scouting. He is an average size for 10 1/2 years and the belt fits him well with some room to grow for at least 1 if not 2 years.

Medium (M) fits my 32" waist and a few extra holes, so Medium should even fit 37" as per the size chart. The locking mechanism is adequate but a little flimsy so I doubt the strap will last forever.

The belt was very cheap so I didn't have high expectations for the quality. I wear it most of my construction work and after a few weeks the metal hooks on the strap started falling off. Ok...I won't buy again.
