🔌 Genuine Surface RT, Surface Pro 1 and Surface 2 1512 Charger - AC Adapter 24W 12V 2A - Compatible Review

I'm so tired of the regular Surface Pro configuration not working. At least 3 others had the problem with the cable from the transformer (? black box) to the Surface Pro. I had to move to charge. This design is way better in my opinion because it goes straight from the outlet to the Surface Pro. I've been using it for a month and no problems. The delivery was quick and without problems.

I have 2 other chargers for it, neither of which are original. When my daughter discharged the battery on my surface and left it in her room for 6 months, the battery level thereafter exceeded a critical level where conventional chargers would not charge it or even light up. Bought this OEM based on info from Microsoft and it worked like a charm and brought the battery back from the dead. Consider me impressed.

I bought this charger to replace my original charger. This one was in the box, matched the original perfectly, but didn't work at all. I still have to rely on the original, physically damaged charger. ***Update*** The supplier has made every effort to ensure I receive a working device. It has already been shipped and I am very happy with their remedial work! I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars and if this charger works I will change it to 5 stars!

This product has worked perfectly for the first two weeks since I received it. I love it; My Surface RT charged just like it did with the original charger. However, the small LED on the charger suddenly stopped working after 2 weeks. I thought it was probably just the light not working so I left the RT charged but it wasn't. Now my tablet is dead and it's very difficult because I'm a college student and all my notes and powerpoint presentations are on it. I have never returned an item to Revain
